Minimum Notice for Cancellations Policy

To optimize our scheduling and provide the best experience for all our clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointments lasting an hour or less. For appointments exceeding one hour, we appreciate a minimum of 48 to 72 hours notice.

Cancellations made past the minimum required notification period will result in a 50% charge, while no-shows will result in a full charge to the card on file. This charge is implemented to cover the reserved service(s) and ensure fairness to both our clients and our team.

Late Arrival Policy

Please note that arriving late to your appointment may impact subsequent appointments.

To ensure the best experience for all clients, if you are more than 5 minutes late, the full amount will be charged, and rescheduling will be required.
